To cover up some of the edges on the sofa and kitchen, I ordered some L shaped aluminium pieces which I could cut and screw or glue down to give it a better finish.
Simple job of just measuring the length I needed, cutting it and then using adhesive to stick them in place.
First up was along the door step, I also put a couple of screws in this bit as less likely to get kicked off.
I then did the edges of the sofa that I could, holding it in place with masking tape while the adhesive took a hold.
And also the end of the sofa and up the side of the wardrobe
As you can see in the photos below with the tape removed, it gives it a nice finish and hides the wood that was showing previously.
Am quite happy how that has turned out, still got plenty left to do the edges of the kitchen unit once I have finished with the services into that.
